This amazingly delicious ultra thin, sweet bread dough is filled with our absolutely spectacular walnut filling. Made for the Uskok soldiers, a special unit of the Habsburg military, to take with them on their campaigns. It became a favorite European dessert because of them! And it all started with my great grandmother's pastries created for the king.
